Central Conditioning

Central Conditioning focuses on the three essentials of strength, balance, and flexibility through ballet, modern, and fitness techniques. Training takes place at the barre, in the center, and on the floor giving a full range of training for your body. This class teaches you how to use your core as the center of all movement in your body, how to use the forces of nature (gravity, momentum, etc.) to efficiently move through space, and, most importantly, how to listen to yourself. Foam Roller Magic **New Class**

Stress, tension, soreness, and pain builds up in our bodies and this class uses the magic of the foam roller to provide relief.  Each class is a guide to massage the soft tissue and practice self-myofascial release of trigger points.  After 60-minutes of of self-massage, you will leave class relaxed and pain free.
