Special attention is given to traditional poses and proper alignment while allowing for personal expression.
Central Conditioning focuses on the three essentials of strength, balance, and flexibility through ballet, modern, and fitness techniques. Training takes place at the barre, in the center, and on the floor giving your body a full range of challenges.
