Central Studio’s Summer Intensive has earned a reputation for being a very positive, challenging and rewarding dance experience for a student during the summer. The program offers top quality master teachers that are dedicated to the growth and learning process of each individual student.

Central Studio’s Summer Intensive focuses on developing well-rounded dancers through exposure to a wide variety of disciplines and key elements to Central Studio’s dance training program.

Students participate in a minimum of four classes per day and enjoy a comprehensive curriculum that includes Intermediate level technique classes and valuable lecture courses to contribute to the development of a holistic, versatile dancer.

Summer Intensive FAQs:

Can I attend a part of the summer program, or do I have to attend in full?

To receive the full benefit of the intensive summer training, it is advised to attend the program in its entirety. However, a dancers have a half day, full day, full week option.

What do I wear?

A dancer should wear a leotard and tights with option of dance skirts or dance shorts and appropriate dance shoe; ballet and tap shoes. A dancer can wear t-shirts, shorts or yoga pants for fitness classes and tennis shoes or bare feet.

What do I bring?

A lunch and a light snack. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. We will host short educational lectures during the lunch break.
