Group Equipment Class has a maximum 4 students per class, allowing for adequate attention to aid in your personal understanding of the Pilates technique. You will experience the Reformer, Chair, Pole System and Spine Corrector throughout class sessions. Use of the equipment provides deeper body feedback, and you will quickly experience the total body benefits of a Pilates practice!
