This class maxes out at 4 people per class providing personal attention as you grow in your Pilates technique and understanding. You will experience the Reformer, Chair, Pole System and Spine Corrector through out various equipment class sessions.

Pilates Mat Fusion:
Join in on this series of Pilates exercises performed on the floor on a mat. The attention to flow of movement and to the core muscles mat work provides, challenges your body giving you a great work out and aids in the process of creating long,strong lean muscles!! This class incorporates into the classical mat sequencing props such as Magic circles, foam rollers, Fletcher Towel work, various balls and more. From a classical pilates class to using light weights for deeper body feedback, you will quickly experience the total body benifits .
