Private Dance Technique
Enhance your dance technique of choice by working privately with our professional dance educators/dancers. We offer private sessions in Ballet, Hip Hop, Breaking, Acro, Contemporary, and Tap. Private sessions are also useful if you are a brand new beginner wanting to start group classes. Each Private session is tailored to your specific needs to grow into the dancer you want to be!

Private GYROTONIC® Session
GYROTONIC® is a method of movement to lengthen muscles, promote circulation and increase flexibility to create a healthy and happy life. Each private lesson moves the joints in natural circular and spiral motions with specifically designed equipment to balance strength and flexibility throughout your whole body. You will leave your lesson feeling stronger, taller, and empowered!
Couples Wedding Dance
With all your wedding day excitement and nerves, let us help you enjoy and relax about your first dance. We teach you basic steps to create ease, flow and fun on the dance floor. We work with the personality of the couple to make your dance personal and add a few cool moves to impress your friends and family. It's great to spend a little time together as well in the midst of busy wedding planning to laugh and dance.
Guided by our Elite Tri Athlete and marathon runner Tambra Galarnyk will personally work with you in a tailored training session for your own personal needs and goals. You will experience traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises, flexibility, balance, plyometric or power training to create workouts that are both challenging and effective. Your training session will incorporate movements from everyday life (bending, rotation, reaching) into the exercise routine. Improve cardiovascular endurance, Build Strength, relieve stress, build muscle and loose weight.
