    12:00 - 2:30 PM: Archival Exercises for the Lower Body with Kaile Larson Ziemba

    Kaile Larson Ziemba from the Pilates Center of Boulder presents "Archival Exercises to Build Lower Body Power." This session delves into specific exercises from TPC’s “Lost Treasures” series, focusing on the lower body. Learn new variations, tackle common complaints, and apply Pilates methods for increased strength and mobility in hips and ankles.

    3:00 - 5:30 PM: Archival Exercises for the Upper Body with Kelli Burkhalter-Hutchins

    Kelli Burkhalter-Hutchins, also from the Pilates Center of Boulder, presents "Archival Exercises to Build Upper Body Power." Explore unique archival Pilates exercises focusing on upper body strength, using equipment to understand the role of the upper body in Pilates.

    This workshop aims to address the missing links in upper body strength, leading to a more connected and uniformly developed physique.

  • Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins

    Kelli is Director of Education, Licensed Teacher Trainer, NCPT, College Station, Texas

    Her unique perspective when teaching Pilates comes from early exposure to the world of fitness and from being a competitive swimmer who was skilled enough to participate in the Jr. Olympics. She discovered classical Pilates in 2002 and became so passionate about the method that she enrolled in The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program.

    After receiving her diploma in 2005, Kelli began teaching at The Pilates Center where she continues to work as an instructor. She is a Master’s Program Presenter, Examiner at TPC, and NCPT.

    Kelli is the Director of Education for all of The Pilates Center’s educational programs.

  • Kaile Larson Ziemba

    Licensed Teacher Trainer, TPC

    Kaile Larson Ziemba received her B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Colorado. She began studying the Pilates method and quickly became hooked.

    Through Pilates Kaile feels more empowered, stronger and more flexible and is able to approach life and movement with more confidence. Kaile is also a professional dancer and choreographer with Frequent Flyers Productions, a Boulder aerial dance company.

    Kaile earned her Certificate of Completion from The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program in 2004.
