Hip Hop Cardio

In-Studio | CWE

Students will learn new moves and elevate their mood with this vibrant, dance cardio experience. Hip Hop Cardio provides a full-body workout that balances endurance building and muscle strengthening through hip-hop-inspired movement.

Dance Fitness

In-Studio | CWE

Dance Fitness accommodates all fitness levels for a dance-inspired workout for both the body and the brain. Students will experience an elevated heart rate through various dance combinations (much like Zumba or Jazzercise) resulting in increased stamina, balance, and coordination.

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of drumming. This exhilarating workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements designed for all fitness levels.  Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

All Levels – Modification options – Medium to High Impact

POMSQUAD

A super fun and immensely positive dance fitness class! Students will shimmy and shake their poms to today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites. Inclusive, encouraging, and easy to follow routines are designed to strengthen the body, build endurance, improve coordination, and bring the class together as one cheer "team." There is something for every type of spirit leader in each and every class.

All Levels – Modification options – Medium to High Impact

What to wear: Sneakers and comfortable activewear. Poms will be provided.

Pilates Mat

In-Studio | Virtual | Clayton & CWE

Pilates Mat 1: Movement fundamentals and fun variations in an hour of beginner-level Pilates mat work! Pilates Mat 1 uses bodyweight exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture. Students will complete class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for the day.

Pilates Mat 2: This class challenges intermediate/advanced students to improve their technique, strength, and agility. Props such as foam rollers, Magic Circles, and Fletcher towels are used to add variation to the class in addition to the body weight exercises found in mat work.

What to Wear: Comfortable activewear. Most clients wear gripper socks or go barefoot. We are a scent free studio.

Balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical and emotional.  Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.

AMPD KICKBOXING

Turn up the energy with this empowering kickboxing-inspired workout. AMPD blends martial arts–based movement with cardio and strength training for a class that challenges endurance, builds power, improves coordination, and sharpens focus. Expect to punch, kick, and sweat your way through a high-energy session that leaves you feeling strong and unstoppable.
