Beginner Hammock: “Dance Squiggles”
4-5pm | $80
Learn the basics of aerial sling movement through playful, dance-inspired shapes. No experience needed.

Intermediate Hammock: “Inversions, Shape Making & Spins”
5:30-7pm | $100
Build skill and confidence with smooth inversions, strong shapes, and spins.

Take both sessions for $150.
